Harvest Enterprises is multi functional company having 2 different branches like sports manufacturers, Imp/Exp and advertising agency. Both of branches have there logos but one main logo is I'm working on after that the 2 will start.

none of them really do anything for me. it's just a type treatment, and not a very good one (and very dated fonts).

Im seeing three variations on one idea. You should try to branch out come up with very different ideas. I think you need to rethink and explain your concept better.
i think the real problem is that there isn't actually a concept.
by concept i meant brief my bad.
