to kind of echo what nate said, there are some proportion issues. very light line weights with small details. scaling will kill any of that (and the line weights will almost disappear).
be a bit bolder in what you're drawing. simplify a little bit in the skylines.
i like the key concept in #3, but the sun outline is way out of proportion with the rest. and the type doesn't work at all.
I, too, prefer the third one's clever reversal of a city skyline within the key. However, the sun isn't working nor the text as gwells stated. Try running the company''s name outside of the graphic either stacked or on one line and if you wish to stick to the literal representation of the sun try a metal key with the glint of rays glancing off one of its angles.

Conceptually I like the third one, though I agree with the others that type and the sun rays aren't working. Maybe incorporate the sun with the key's keyring hole. Have you tried filling the key instead of just using the outline?

But number 1 has some potential. I think if the start burst were closer to th city, so the entire thing was so elongated horizontally, it could also be a possibility.

As a start
For a start I prefer #2. The others will not worked even if fleshed out.
I would however remove the text from #2's illustation and place it beneath. The beams are too long.

These are in black and white. Great start! However, shrink them down and you'll see your proportions between graphics and text are wrong.
Separate the logotype from the icon to make this process easier on yourself and to create the most effective logo system.

Really disliking the sun burst.
Try the same concept but think different, can you have the sun rising over the city rather than dominating it?
