I used all of the suggestions that you guys gave me. Thanks a lot everyone.
I know many of you might not like the flash, but I did my best having in mind I had to do it.
Any comments? , suggestions?

i think the "special activity" block under the "things to do" block softens the things to do block a bit. don't know if that was intentional, but it does take the edge off of it.
i notice the black word "socializing" fades a little into the cruise ship in the flash. not horrible, but the contrast isn't good there.
on a weird side note, i realized your color scheme matches my behance action pad.
lol you're right it does.
Thanks for the comment.

What...they didn't go for the winking eyes? ;)
Love the layout and colour scheme. However, still not sold on the photos of the people...they all look older than my parents and my parents are retired. But I guess in the end it's the decision of the client.

the layout is fine. like you said, the poor motion tweens in the flash sticks out like a sore thumb. i would either stick with a static image or make the motion tweens a lot smoother. pm me your .fla and i can help
You're doing well on this. I agree, though, that the photos of the people are dreadful. They're just plain unattractive, for one thing, but more importantly, they look like they're in their 70s, not just over 40. Take a look at some real people in your own world who are in their 40s and 50s. Make the site look like people they'd feel good being compared with.

The site looks good!
However the flash is really pointless. I don't like that the people look as though they are coming up from out of the ground. Maybe just having some fade transitions for the photos (no movement) and then have the text come in from the right would make it better?
Also, make sure your orange color is the same color throughout the site. Not sure if it's my monitor or not but the oranges on different parts of the page don't look the same.

That would be a much better way to incorporate the Flash element, if the boss is going to insist on it.

The layout has come along nicely from the original. Much more organized and easier to view (visual hierarchy)
I personally don't mind flash like some here, it definitely has its place, and we all know clients love it. The transitions you've chosen are a little distracting for me however. I'd prefer a simple fade in/out for a couple of reasons, first that its easier on the eyes, second that it would feel less 'flash like' and third you could use a slideshow tool such as Slide Show Pro. The benefit of SSP would be the ease of switching photos in and out without having to use the timeline. And no, I don't work for SSP :).
My only other critique is the heavy use of javascript for button rollovers and effects. Ignore this if you are only using this as a production comp, but CSS could do a better, and more accessible job of these things.
Nice work overall however.

Thanks a lot everyone for your comments.
A couple of things.
I agree about the people looking too old, but the first sketch I showed them, they didn't like it, because they thought the people were too young, these pictures were chosen by my boss.
I agree about the flash, I will definitely do a fade in fade out with the words moving instead.
I bet the client will end up choosing the pictures by themselves at the end, so I don't wanna kill my self looking for images, knowing that at the end they will still wanna change them. Once I get the final images, I will change the flash.
Thanks a lot everyone again. I will keep you posted
