Oh, ouch. My first impression was "Oh, this looks like a template out of word." My second impression after glancing over it was "Oh my god, it IS a template." Templates in my book are no-no's. They show zero personality and zero creativity.
My thoughts after this are, "Is this spam?" "Are you trying to get us to purchase templates from your site?" If not, I apologize, it's just we've had a lot of this going around on CB. (It might also be because you've been a member for entirely two hours.)
Well, I think you should ditch the template thing all together and get some specific clients, that's not what the critique section is for, so here are some suggestions:
1. Ditch the clip art completely - it's a man carrying a factory, for god's sake. Get some better artwork or images.
2. Ditch the dotted line "cut here" border. Unless there is a relevant ad-campaign involving large sheets of business cards acting as coupons, you don't need this.
3. FirstName LastName - if you're going to make placeholder text, you might want to try filling in fake names so that you'll know how long real names and address look and fit in the design.
4. Fix your kerning and leading. It's way off - DID you do this in Word?
5. Take a look at real business cards. Go to real-estate agencies and find which ones appear successful.
Yeah, I'm done - I hate templates, and I don't want to waste any more time if this is spam.

Yes, thank you for the feedback, it's been valuble and cold showering a little. It is a template, but I'm the one who designed it. I've used some clipart and AI. I'm not bragging about my skills though, I've been doing this for the last 6 months. Anyway, thanks for the answer, Seraphim. Much appreciated.
