Rebel! july flyer

Critique

first time here.

this is the flyer for rebel´s july edition, a electro/ock party. this is the first one that will be printed and i am glad it will.

the background is based on some works from pollock and displacement distortion used with little care and too much masking. typography was destroyed using what i call boredom and i think it looks nice.

Sweet Effect

I love the filter effects to the image and type. It's very eye catching and definately has a 'rebel' rock party feel to it.

You've have to post a little Photoshop demo of how you did the effect. I'd sure many would love to know. Welcome to CB... great work!

Don't think I can critique this one. Good work. I don't really get it, but I'm sure I'd understand if I were familiar with "rebel."

Congrats! its an awsome effect and if you do the tuttorial I bet many of us will be willing to learn this, is great, diferent and defently inviting and makes you want to go and dance.... I also agree there is nothing to critique... cause its awsome! welcome to the happiest place on the web!

You've done a great job with the typography in this... It fits smoothly and keeps the image together. The effects are beautiful, and I love the contrast in the color. Great job making something that will catch people's attention while making them drool at the same time.
