what's your concept?
They're just stuff thrown together. Look we all make bad choices, and we all don't execute stuff perfectly every time. We all need to learn and improve through repetition. The thing is it doesn't seem like you even begin to understand the basic elements of design. I graduated 2 years ago and since then I've been buying and reading books, blogs, and visiting websites just to wrap my head around the aesthetic principles that will make me a better designer in the long run. That's on top of spending the money to have the proper tools to create. I could throw out a million doodles too, but teaching myself the fundamentals of style and the technology is what's really important at this point in my career.
Honestly did you receive or are you receiving any real education leading to a degree, diploma, or certificate in graphic design? If you haven't you aren't a designer, having Photoshop or whatever doesn't make you a designer(though some people tend to think it does, which pisses the serious ones off).
I'm not trying to sound cruel or pretentious, but I don't think this is the right career choice for you.

Your comments are valid and, I think, accurate. I would ask you, though, to consider that design expertise can be acquired in many ways, only one of which is through formal education in a degree-granting institution. I've seen plenty of astonishingly amateurish work by people with masters' degrees in art & design. It's really appalling.
And then there are designers like me, who are basically self-taught. My years of formal education were long over by the time Apple produced its first graphics-oriented computer back in 1980-something, and I pounced on it. Of course, I had education in theatre, fine art and all the arts in general, writing, broadcasting, advertising, old-fashioned mechanical production of print layouts and so on that permitted me to use the new technology to greatest artistic advantage with only a few workshops to get me rolling. I know there are huge areas of design in which I'm not half as skilled as some others here, whether they possess degrees in the field or not, so I sometimes farm work out to people like that (take a bow, Steph), but I would never discourage anyone who lacks a degree in design from calling themselves a designer if that's what they really do, are pretty good at it, and do everything they can to learn and grow.

It kind of reminds me of how many people seem to go to 4 year universities, get BA's, and just end up as production managers in some soul sucking, uncreative corporate jobs.
My brother-in-law has a 2 year technical degree like myself and works for an awesome ad firm(where I'm hoping to end up at myself). A lot of people on his team are the same way, or self taught.
It really all depends on your drive and what risks you're willing to take.

You are still on the wrong track!
SIMPLIFY! Keep it clean!
Try a one color design, it might work better for you. focus on the positive and negative space.. not all the gradients and fonts and lens flares in between.

this is a place for people to critique *your* work, not do it for you. it's not appropriate to expect someone to show you a redesigned piece like this.
i asked a very legitimate question right up front.
what is your concept here?
My concept and the Harvest Enterprises is not the agricultural type of Organization dear, It's Advertisment and Car Retnals and sports manafucturing company - They have 3 diffrent branches.
The leaf i draw in the logo shows the 3 bracnhes of the organziation. Iam trying iam trying for new logos soon i will come back.

if you brought in some work that shows you made an effort maybe we would be more inclined to give it a better critique. But so far all we see is this shite you churn out.

This mockup is not meant to be a way out. Or a free ticket. I'm just attempting to show the power of a one color logo. PLEASE work with your designs before posting them.

EDIT: Sorry. Now he'll never LEARN.

That "grass" mark is a default symbol in illustrator cs3, isn't it? o.O
The point of this section of this site is to get feedback on your designs. And though there is a lot of crap that comes through here, at least the OP seems to be trying to work on this particular piece, and not just posting and walking away. He was able to take everyone's criticism in this thread and not get upset, but rather kept trying. And it paid off. Sure, these aren't great, but they're much better than that other one.
I don't have any formal design education, either -- I sure hope that doesn't determine if I'm a designer or not. Playing around with Photoshop on an p.o.s. old computer is how it all started for me.
Now, onto the critique:
1. Fill this out. http://creativebits.org/corporate_identity_client_questionnaire
2. Decide on a concept -- don't just use any mark or font. What are you trying to achieve in this logo? If you don't have an answer for this, do whatever you need to to get one before you start the design process.
3. Stay away from color to begin with, it seems like it's holding you back. Start in black and white only. No grayscale. Once it's so perfect that you want to give it a hug, then try creating a colour version.
The font you chose looks like it belongs in "Flight of the Navigator". Why did you choose it? Don't say because it looked cool. Choose a font that will serve the concept. When I think of agriculture, I think of natural resources, which these logos do not express.
Formal education may not be the most important thing, sure. Talent is talent. I admitted my short sightedness in my previous post.
However it does get a lot of basic mistakes out of the way and get you thinking in the right way. It filters out a lot of people who maybe don't want to be or need to be in the field. Not to mention not having any sort of degree seems like it might narrow your employment options quite a bit.

Formal Education is extremely important. It's like a doctor saying to you...
"I practice in the medical field...but I never went to school for it. But you can trust me. Give me a break. I can perform open heart surgury on you but just so you know...I never went to school for it." The things you learn in school prepare you for the real world. If you have to go through 20 iterations of a logo and it still looks like crap. You are in the wrong field and should not be wasting your clients time.
..that says he comes back in a few days with yet ANOTHER post and none of those requirements you've posted will be respected.
Also, in regards to #3: He should stay away from the damn computer ( and the default icons in Illustrator) and stick to paper first. Not enough sketches on this site.

I wouldn't mind seeing some hand drawn thumbnails scanned on here every once in a while, especially in a case like this. I'm not holding my breath though.
