Aw man! I like this, it's really classy. Not fitting for a roofing company though, but more a clothing label.

I agree.
My thoughts exactly. Thought it was a great design until you got to the roofing part.
The "8" is not really reading as an "8" to me either.
what they said. i was thinking classy restaurant. the font and the market clash significantly.
and the 8 looks like a fancy cursive "S" at the end, like "signatures."
thanks, guys. I was afraid that it wasn't rugged enough. I'll post a revision sometime tomorrow. thanks again.

Leave the Signature as is on its own line.
Beneath "Signature" set the text: 8 ROOFING a lot bigger and bolder than it is now...I'm thinking along the lines of Franklin Gothic Heavy. It might work to convey the solid construction nature of the client's business, yet still instill a bit of class.

Have an extremely stylized "8" as THE company's mark; and then set: Signature 8 Roofing in a very simple clean font beneath it.

The script font is very nice and well done. I agree with the others, it doesn't quite fit a roofing company. A more structured font should work in its place.
