Safari/ tiger rendering problems?

Nope.
It's all windows. Sometimes it appears, sometimes not.
I have been having various probs with this machine, and this is one of them.

Looks like a rendering problem like you said which leads me to believe it's a hardware problem, your best bet would be to contact Apple about this. Sorry you're having trouble with your new PB.
