Clean, easy-to-read and navigation is straightforward. The only things I might rethink are enlarging the logo and doing something different with the globe--it looks a little clip arty. Either stylize it or replace with an alternate image.
Also, I'm not generally a grammar queen, but your SIGNUP Now! should be two words as it is a call to action--SIGN UP...

My only critique: scale back the background colors as they fight the main content. You've started a very 'clean' look for the site which is overwhelmed by the background. I'd love to see your code too; do you have a URL we could go to and poke around in your code? :)
