The text make sense, but a visual and meaningful design can make a good impact rather than this.

"You dont need any education to the save the planet" but you need education to read this kind of ad. That's why a good visual design could serve this message.

I don't like the lines or the text. If you're going to do your whole design in typography, make it outstanding.

i like the idea. the typeface is too cool for your concept. and size isn't either big enough or small enough. i would choose a type writer font and make it smaller in the middle, without tiling.

"You don't need AN education" is how I read it, until I read it more closely. Perhaps that makes more sense to me rather than "any".

As far as design, there isn't a ton of design in this. You have a good idea for the type, but what are you trying to portray? A fortune cookie fortune? That's the first thing that came to my mind. Are you set with the font choice? Maybe make the word "save" in a different color to stand out.

Is this for a magazine? What is it for?

Good news is you have a tagline and a logo already; all you need now is a forced connection or clever visual to tie it all in together.

Do a word list for education and planet and see if that sparks any ideas. What are examples where no education can help save the planet? The tagline is a bit ambiguous because it's not specifying what kind of education? Higher education? Education in general (schooling)?
