Saving Excel files as a web page..

Does anyone know how to correct it so when you save an excel spreadsheet as a webpage, windows users can read it normally?

Whenever I save my spreadsheets for the web the bottom of the text gets cut off. I don't really know how to fix the problem, I tried reopening the file in Dreamweaver and saving it, but that didn't do a thing..
