Simple and elegant. I love it.
I actually liek this one Capton. I would try to incorporate the icon with a better looking font though. Good stuff.

Nice! The only things I think you might want to change is the size of the "fashion boutique" relative to the Schnitt, because at small sizes (for business cards, price tags, etc.), that will disappear. Then, I think you need to work with the kerning of the word Schnitt. It seems too wide at the beginning, while "itt" looks crowded.
The English in your fine print needs work. If that is an important consideration for you, get yourself a proofreader to correct your spelling and grammar.
This is the first thing you've ever posted here that I think has actual potential as a professional design. Your persistence is paying off! Now, try to bring that same sensibility to your portfolio Web site.

Very nice, but I would do two things...
1) Find a b/w solution before selling it to the client.
2) Take Mara's advice and kern. Use the "tt" kerning for the guideline - the wide end is too wide, imho.
PS: Thank you for not putting the word "Schnitt" in all caps.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion as you solved my purpose to post this logo here. I'll make necessary changes asap.
mara06, thanks for focusing my attention to my English. I'm contacting few copywriters to proofread my submission copy as well as trying hard to improve my grammar.
Thanks again to you all.

Just noticed that you are the same person with the website containing the copyright violations! I have to point out that (judging by this piece) you obviously have talent and valid ideas. Trust your instincts - you have no reason to be "borrowing" from others.
Fashion is not only meant for women. Various mens designer clothing is available in varied sizes, shapes and designs. They are offered at the market leading prices.
