Secret Dashcode app on new Macbooks

Basicly a design app for OS X dashboard widgets. But if you know what widgets really are in secret is just tiny webpages.. ! What does this mean? Well if theory Dashcode is a webdesign app then... Which leads to the hope of a pro Apple web design app... Just need a few extras...
Now this is all just speculation but news worthy none the less.

I'm looking forward to this one. I always loved programming, but never got to learn any serious language. Maybe this drag and drop app will help me play with widgets.
It's not just speculation, you can download it already. I don't want to put a link here (Apple might sue)...
