Seeking online design critique group

Hi, all. I'm new here, and not sure if I'm looking in the right place for what I want.

I'd like to form a small on-line group (maybe no more than 6) of graphic designers who focus on designing for print (as opposed to the web.)
The purpose of the group would be to give each other regular critiques of projects during the design process. Members could e-mail JPEGs of their work to all the other members. Members would be free to respond, or not, if they had the time to.
I'd pefer to limit the group to serious professionals with at least 3 years' experience, rather than students or "dabblers".

I'm located in Oklahoma, and the design community is pretty small and insular here. We are all very competitive, and this situation makes it hard to get feedback or critique each other.

I belong to a group of illustrators that is organized as described above, and it's great. It's lasted for almost 3 years.
