Well you should be showing YOUR versatility and ability regardless of the software. Anyhow its cool, just keep an eye on the lens flares like mrcoupon says below.

Looks like the results of one of those "50 Awesome Photoshop 3D Text Tutorials". Letters look good, lens flares aren't very consistent to the light source. Proper lens flare control is crucial.

I love this. Your texture rendering is awesome. To make this truly awesome, try fixing some of the perspective problems. Look closely at how the d lies on the surface, then look at the e next to it. The plane appears to bend upward under the d. The letter v and the letter i appear to be twisting slightly.
