Here's a second version of the poster. I made the grass green, enlarged the flower, and shifted the text down and behind the grass.

Do you need to have the text in there for the project? If you don't, you could do without it. But I still like it.

Where do you go to school? What year?

BTW... the reason i say loose the text if you can, because it takes me longer to get to the face illustration, and it makes the illustration less important.

If you move the flower to the front, instead of behind the grass, the stem of the flower will lead my eye to the roots.

Oh and also, this might be dumb, but see what it looks like if you change the roots to white. Cuz then it will tie into the type better.

I tried having the roots be white. It just didn't look right to me. I'm kinda happy with the orange, as it ties them to the flower, and the brown color of the other roots ties those to the "otherness" idea. As for the text... I could take it out, but I sorta like it. I might try bringing the flower to front.. that's a good idea.
