I wasn`t sure that the little spikes will look good when is scaled down for bussines cards but surprise they look very nice so i wanna know should i keepit or not. Excuse my english.

My first question is, What is that green/white thing supposed to be? It looks like a fuzzy bird or butterfly, especially sized down. I'm not very fond of it, it's not clean, and it looks like something rendered with the "Radial Blur" zoom filter in photoshop, even though it looks vector - sorry. I do like the colours, however - lime green and black are brilliant together if used right. I would go black with the word "ad" though, the dark green in my opinion is unnecessary.
I like the boldness of the text, but I'll admit, I wasn't sure what this was for until I read your description. "Ad" doesn't communicate to me as an advertising agency or studio - but let's see if it does for others. I might just not be familiar with the term/abbreviation. In my opinion, you should spell out advertising. Or, what ever that translates to.
My next suggestion - get rid of the period mark that is hanging out on the right side. It looks awkward, and you don't need a period anyway.
Overall your message is as fuzzy as the green thing to me. I would rethink the image, and think of what you want the identity of "Lareet" to be.
I know this link has been referred to many times before - but it's a immensely valuable tool in creating an identity.

I don't care what it is - though it's obviously the "v" in advertising - I love the colors. It's simple, even with the complexity of the V, it's recognizable and it says to me "we're going to make a splash."

I think the splashy thing is supposed to be a V that stands out. I think it looks like a bird, moreso than anything else.
JimD you got it that`s what is all about, we are an advertising agency but our profile is creation studio so i wanna make a splash.
Seraphim i just seen your portofolio and i think our styles and our way of thinking is very different, i am gonna stop right here before i say something mean and by the way it is vector it`s made with illustrator very easy.
