Okay, I am going to need a few more details besides it being a "shop board," whatever that may be.

What is a "shop board"?

“SHOP BOARD”
Means, a board is who shown on any shop and write on it the name of that’s shop.
Its represented the work of their authorities who can do in that shop.
Is it a store sign? Is the circle with Vian in the middle the logo? Did you create the logo? What exactly did you want comments on? The sign? The logo?
- The use of orange gives a wholesome, earthy feel to the piece, but I don't know that I like the blue. What about trying green instead?
- It doesn't need a gradient in the background
- I don't understand at all what the thing on the right is. Perhaps you can explain your thinking behind this design?

In English, the term is "shop sign" or "store sign" or just "sign." I don't know about your country, but in the US, the sign over a store's entrance would usually just be the store's name and perhaps its logo. Yours is much too large and has too many conflicting images for that usage. It looks more like a billboard (those huge outdoor advertising signs).

So far I don't like it. Looks like the 80's. Most important problem is that there is no focus on this layout. All 3 elements are the same size. You need to establish hierarchy.
