Shopping cart for gift certificates

Gee, it must be spring (finally!). In the past week I have gotten two jobs to make web sites for two different day spas. (Pedicures anyone? Let's break out the sandals!) Both spas want to have a page where a customer can fill out a form and purchase a gift certificate online. I know there are shopping carts that handle this, but I haven't a clue as to which is the best and easiest to use.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a non-programmer type?
