I really like the design but to me, there is something off with that flame. I don't know what it is. It just doesn't really match the rest of that oval thing.
The type treatment is laid out weird (ie. why tell them that's an email address? It's obvious). Other weird things going on with the type as well.
I am wondering how this will reproduce in print.
Get rid of the "m:" and the "e:" . It took me a while to get "M" standed for mobile. It's a telephone number, it's self explanitory - and you don't have any other telephone numbers listed.
What is BSc (Hons) - and is it needed?
I don't like how the logo is centered, I would suggest moving it over to the right. I would agree with Pokie, there is something wrong with the flame in the logo. Perhaps it's because it's the closest to the border of the oval shape.
The red to orange gradient behind the logo looks out of place - try making it solid instead of feathered into the black.
Good luck!

Perfectly Lost Designs
The M & E are actually pretty standard here in the UK and many other places and I personally prefer them to Mob: Email: Tel: etc.

...thanks for the responses, BSc (Hons) is a client request for a university degree he wants to show off...
...currently set up for magenta, yellow and black on coated stock and press capable of holding 200 line screen (CTP), so i'm not concerned by ink coverage and neither are the printers through discussion fortunately...
...all will be fine on this front, i'm confident with that. I'm not really a graphic designer, just working here in prepress, I'm pretty knowledgeable to tools involved, just comes up now and again to produce designs...
...once again, thanks for the responses with layout...
