SIMPLE VIDEO EDITING SOFTWARE???

I'm looking for a simple video editing software that allows me to have multiple timelines so I can layer different videos. I've done this before with a program on my PC but I havent been successful at finding a program like that with Macs. I've downloaded Final Cut Pro and Express but I dont have the time to learn how to use those programs.

Any suggestions!?

I've used iMovie a lot recently, how professional does this need to be? Is it for your own use or business?

I'll add a vote for iMovie. It's definitely not a pro application, but it's quick to pick up and very easy to use. I would advise going for an older version of iMovie than iMovie 08 though, as 08 works in a very different way to most video editing apps (which is great in some ways, but a nightmare in others).

I hear you on the 08 version... ughhhhh I still haven't mastered it.
