Skimmer - Consolidate your social networking

Okay, I find this humorous, as I recall saying somewhere on the interwebs that it would be nice if someone could consolidate all these crazy social networking sites into one area where they can all be viewed at once.

"Your wish is my command..." sayeth the universe.

With something like this... I just might actually consider bothering to look at people's tweets and so on.
