Snowmobile Poster

Working on a poster to help raise money for a stunt rider who crashed hard. I want to give a good product... Please let me know what you think.

First time on the site, it's nice to have a sounding board again

Great to see a good job!
> I think you could find a better position or angle to red name/text.
> The phrase below "Darry" could be bigger a lot. Explore the space.
> Think that justified alignment isn't a good choice because your concept wants to go breakthrough, no-grid.

Like it,
i would lose the blood splatter at the bottom as i dont think this will lend itself to the sensitive nature of the poster.( the money raising part)

also the large arrow on the right is pointing in his groin!

You need some more info about the money raising issue.

Also the more i look at this the more i feel it would benefit from a real background to the main image, He looks great but with no fore ground or background it lacks that WOW buzz you get from seeing these guys do what they do.

Hope that makes sense,

16 billion colours and you choose the one i cant create !??!

This is pretty bad ass dude. I'd make the bombs go in the other direction, the same direction as the main guy. You know, I'd almost like to see a nice thick white stroke around the main guy to make him stand out more.

Now, we you need to work on that busy background. I'd get rid of the smaller guy and replace it with a shot of Darryl in his gear without a helmet, for example, then kill the opacity on it. My eye is going all over the place in this piece. What's that whiteish design in the back?

Great feedback! Thanks...

- The website has the content about the fundraiser. The client requested that the poster did contain the info about the incident.
- The "blood splatter" never crossed my mind, good call.
- I agree with you about the background, I'll have to see if they have other images.
- I would love to get a shot of the guy solo, I actually suggested that.
- The whitish design was a crest, I had it in to make the background busy

I'll post the other version I started next.
