Both of these are nice, but this one works better for me than the other one. Mainly because the color scheme allows the snowmobile and rider to stand out more. But there are a couple things I'd work on...
The arrows (and everything else that shade of blue/grey) are a little dark for me.
Don't understand the bombs at all - what is their purpose?
The shape of the "D Rail" is very uncomfortable.
Instead of the bombs and the splatter - how about a snow scene in the background?
In general though - good work. Very nice.
Good call on the blue background. The only thing really is the font for D Rail. Seems like everything is moving in one direction, and that text is moving in another. That gradient is horrible too. I like the effect on the guy, I'm wondering if the white stroke around him would make him stand out more.

We artists are indestructible, even in a prison cell or concentration camp I would be almighty in my own world of art. Even if I had to paint my pictures with my wet tongue on the dusty floor of my cell. - Pablo Picasso
