I don't really like it. The logo doesn't communicate organization or order.
I thought immediately of bead sorting to make necklaces. Not what I think you want.
The letter "S" is apparent in your circles and rectangles (they are not squares), but if you mean the second string to be an "A" (or maybe a question mark -- I didn't really understand the question) it's too abstract to come across as anything other than a curved string of rectangles and circles.
The colors are an interesting choice, but of course, it would be better to work with this design in black and white before adding colors. I know, I didn't do that with my past logo, but that was because the client had already specifically requested the colors and I caved in ;-)
