Hi all,
A friend wants to make promotional materiel by printing on a standard A4 page, divided in two like a fold. Is there any app (for InDesign or QuarkXpress) that helps this process out, by counting the pages, etc. (it's hard to keep track of the numbers of the folded pages) and this would need mass production.
