Just showing my age, I guess. The site name isan oblique homage to a book published in the 60's Titled "Steal This Book!"... as a sort of counterculture swipe at outdated institutions. I figured that I do so much art, certainly I should share it with others who might be interested in it either for inspiration or use in their own smash/mashup or whatever. We all steal ideas anyway, so I just wanted to make it a little easier. Of course the Creative Commons License does put on some restrictions, but they are not really onerous, and I'll not be policing much, anyway. I'd rather just continue to do new stuff. If you have anything you'd like added just send it along under the same Creative Commons (or other) license, and I'll add it.
