the idea is in throat problem sometime we feels that our throat is choked & an intense pain irritates us. At that time we are not able to talk even to drink water.
Think, Act, Invent.

. . . makes some REALLY weird connections. . . I just browsed his portfolio, its interesting where his mind is going, but he's consistently running with the first idea he gets in his head. . . I think he needs to be less active and more contemplative before he puts mouse to computer as it were. . .
geez I'm STARTING to sound like him. . .!
There are a COUPLE of good pieces in his LARGE portfolio that are worth looking at, but man, its like looking at "Lost in Translation". . . its culturally jarring! :P

Man - if I was the Strepsil CM, I would not be happy with my box being that small ;)
And strepsils aren't for CHOKED throats. They're for sore throats. Why would you want to take a sweet if you were choking ?? ;) British btw.

it's weird. In my opinion it doesn't convey the idea of pain or irritation, not to mention the fact that nobody has a neck that is so blown out of proportion (too long). Anyway, is it for people who are in pain or for people who got something stuck down their throat, it's confusing, and shoking. i think when you feel pain in that area it actually feels more like your throat is very thight, like nothing goes through without a fight. I think the whole idea should be reconsidered.
For the Capton. . .
1. He jumps on the first idea he gets
and 2. He OBVIOUSLY comes up with the idea in his native tongue and THEN translates the idea . . . so for him a 'Constricted Throat' is a "Choked Throat" You see? I guess his English is not that great and its messing with the execution. . .
My feelings anyway.

I agree with you. I feel it is a translation hurdle, and although a VERY creative individual, I too believe that the Capton runs with his initial idea. This method does work in some instances but not all, and in fact very few. Capton, take the time to explore other options and you will probably land upon a stronger answer.

We artists are indestructible, even in a prison cell or concentration camp I would be almighty in my own world of art. Even if I had to paint my pictures with my wet tongue on the dusty floor of my cell. - Pablo Picasso
That is exactly what I was thinking. I'm half expecting a "Save the Trees" ad again. I don't bother critiquing these, suggestions aren't taken and the same concept/layout is done over and over. I also agree with previous comments about a translation hurdle.
When you take stock, use the liquify tool, and slap a logo on it. . . that's exactly what it looks like.

neck looks fake, but I don't blame you for that. I don't like the design. Where would this be printed in? It's a very strange size.
