The company seems to be from Taiwan...Don't they make the shuffle there as well?

I'm getting curious, because this thing first popped up on the blogosphere 3 or 4 days ago, and we've yet to hear about any lawsuits yet.

i think its either a fake webpage, because u can't order it from the website (yet). or somehow they have figured a way to by pass the copy right stuff, since who would be stupid enough to go copy apple, when even rumor sites get sued just for talking. :roll:
