Support Question: Amnesia

It's been a while since I've visited and CreativeBits does not want to remember me in all sections now. I log in successfully at the main page, but when I visit the different sections like Critique or Weblink, I'm asked to log in again.. In fact, posting this topic happened after lots of hassles..
Any recommendations?
Currently using:
Mac OS X 10.4.5
Safari 2.0.3 (417.8)

Just tried FireFox 1.5.0.1 and I don't encounter that problem.. Sounds like a cookies management thing. Any known solutions?

Try clearing the cache or maybe clearing the cookies for creativebits. Log out and log back in a few times maybe. I've had no problems with staying logged in with Safari.
its definately something to do with the caché because i have the same problem whenever i want to post a comment. once cleared it works again...tilll the next time!

Thanks.. Here are the steps I followed:
- Closed all windows
- Cleared the cache
- Relaunched Safari
- Cleared the cache again
- Tried CB
- Problem persists
There's something FireFox is doing that avoids this issue, I wonder what it is.. I hope it's not my ISP and their proxy..

I use firefox non-stop, i just find it easier than safari. But this is a problem that extends to firefox. unfortunately it is not problem free.
however i will add that i have turned cookies off, in previous versions i had problems with some websites so now i just turn the cookies off. dont know whether this adds to the problem or not. :S

Cookies have security credentials to allow us to use a website. Disabling them would limit navigation at a website and would require us to re-enter the username/password frequently.
Of course cookies are done intelligently to prevent forgery.. That's what I know, hehe..
