Template design project

We are reworking up a corporate website using the eZ publish content management system, and are looking for someone to help us with the template design.
The project would basically be a definition of layout, colors, graphics, menus, etc. into CSS files that can be used with eZ publish. We do have a corporate design guideline that should somehow be applied.
We like clean, little graph, slightly DHTML animated websites.
We are looking for an absolute pro with great layout, technical, and information design skills.
