Better

Instantly that caught my eye a lot more. Though I wonder could you do something more with the negative space thing.. make something even more defined (whilst remaining abstract)

Hmm. possibly I need to think more about what I'm saying but I should really be working.. I have a deadline Im avoiding.....

Getting closer for sure, but

Getting closer for sure, but that border is distracting me. I wouldn't mind seeing a version without it.

It is better, but not good

It is better, but not good yet. The whole thing is falling apart. I don't get the shape of the hook. Start over I think. Sorry.

getting where?

what is it? is it the joined 'n & t' from your previous idea? Three threads on this project and each one people are asking "what is it?". Does the graphic serve any purpose, is there anything communicated in that shape? TenTwelve, 10 Twelve, Ten 12, ... it's such a simple message but it keeps getting lost in meaningless decoration.

Now for the critique... the kerning is horrible. ;)

...

This logo is too complex. It does not read as a logo, it just reads as a bunch of stuff.

Seems to me...

There should be a play on the ten/twelve thing... To echo above statements, use what's already in the name 10/12 rather than adding more complexity. It's an interesting name.

Why not have both numbers and letters?

Try staggering every other letter and number:

T1E2N

The T, E, N, could be one color, while the 1 and 2 could be a contrasting color?

Or just a very simple and clean TEN12 in a nice clean typeface? Dinschriften perhaps?
