From your description, I'm assuming you don't have any idea what this is supposed to be.
And actually, that's what I think when looking at this piece. I love the colors, but overall I just don't know what you tried to communicate through this, who this piece is aimed at, or what it is for.
It just looks like you downloaded some photoshop brushes and tested them out, sorry.
Maybe some more description would help?

Perfectly Lost Designs
I think there is something wrong with the colours you used. Try using some gray instead of green.
Background gradient is so similar, try using vectoral lines with your work and rotate it. And you should replace background colours as well. Pink,gray and black could be a good alternative.
