Great flic. I didn't have high hopes, because this subject has been coming back couple of times in the last 10 years, so I didn't think it can be very original. But I was pleasantly surprised because it DID give a new very realistic angle on cloning.
I think it's a good idea to do movies about cloning because it makes people think about it and formulate an opinion on the subject rather than just rejecting it as humans do with anything new. Lawmakers and the society will have to learn to live with this new technology, so we better prepare.
I don't want to give away any details of the plot, because it's really worth seeing. The story, acting, locations are all great. At last a vision of the not very distant future where cars are not flying. Although motorcycles do. :)
The only buggind thing was the product placement. It was just way too obvious. Nothing is branded in the scenes, except those Nokia phones, Mac trucks, Cadillac cars, etc. The camera focuses on the brands for seconds! It's like watching a giant commercial. It's revolting.
The best part was when the heroes jump into an msn search booth and they can't find one person's address out of two. I mean c'mon! At least make Microsoft shine in a bloody paid future movie! But it was at least realistic. It seems MS will still do buggy products even in 2025. :)
Altogether worth seeing it. Let me know if you liked it!

I only found the car scenes good. Did you notice how within minutes Puma pops onto the screen?

It sort of does, but not too cheesy. Go ahead.
Did anyone else notice how popular the 30" cinema displays were in the first half of the film?
Also, what was a Griffin Powermate doing on that dudes bathroom wall? Was he talking into it?
I quite enjoyed the film but It felt like a mixture of other similar films chucked into a pot and stirred up a bit... quite a bit of a matrix feel imo.
oh, and nice soundtrack too :)

Love the underground world of the clones. But the outside world could have been done better with, it looks so now, rather than 2020. The car chases, the Cadillac Cien, the boats are some that pickd my attention!
Cheers

It was so generic and predictable, I wish they would give us more in these action movies. Some radical twists, I'm so sick and tired of watching a movie and knowing exactly what's coming. The action sequences were okay, but I didn't like that fact that they pretty much stole one car sequence from Bad Boys, some creativity please.
That's just me though, I tend to like older films
