Looks like too much is going on. It's 'The Vine', yet there's a leaf on it. I see the vine separating the greens and gray, and I see the vines sticking out of the sides, but I think the leaf is too much. Also, the reflection isn't necessary, may not show up correct on printed things. The type is nice, but it seems like the image should be under the smaller sized letters not on top. You know what would be cool, if you took that type and wrapped a vine through it and ditched the image you have now. I could see that as looking very nice.

I think it's very cool. Nice job.
As the nature of these blogs go, I'll make a couple of suggestions (though I think you don't need to use them): Take out the swirly white line. Make the square complete. The vines are an awesome touch, but maybe they can interact with the type (love the font) more? Perhaps the type can be a dark green, too? Just an idea. Love this!!!!
I agree with elbandido - simplify!

I agree with elbandido, it is way too busy. the upper mark is straight edged and clean and your type is distressed. I think you need to pick one or the other. Get rid of the vines and simplify the leaf. The reflection is not going to transfer well to other mediums. "Less is more".
