The wonderful world of printers?
kiwix (6 pencils) | Thu, 2008-07-17 20:43Where does one start when your told to go out and find a color laser printer for the office? I'm getting dizzy comparing printer stats. Anybody got a printer they like, especially one that prints tabloid size or a bit more? What do you print your proofs on?

we print out on color copiers. about to replace our old xerox 3535 with a xerox 252. probably a bit more expensive than you're looking for.
I have one (HP Laserjet 1500L) and it's been great.

But i won't rip from Acrobat . . . but it does well for run of the mill prints.

Let price determine your choice. Then go with HP or Canon. HP is my preference. Stay away from Epson. I hate their drivers.

Never had issues with an HP. Currently have two and am happy with them. Brothers are a nightmare and Espsons have their cranks.
