I know I'm really gonna love Dashboard.. I like little widgets and I think we gonna see lots of them.. Perhaps a nice CreativeBits Widget later on..

I ordered mine this morning. Let it be said that I can't wait for the end of the month to get here.

I'll most likely install it on my iBook first, check for problems, then install on the G5 a while later. I've found that while the OSX "updates" are buggy as hell, the OS "upgrades" usually work pretty well with very little issues at all.

According from what I've read, you could make a simple slideshow in the finder on selected photos.. hehe

This is gonna be a cool tool I think.. Everyone making little scripts with no idea about scripting in general.. And you can share your Automotor script with others.. Gonna make perhaps life a little more automatic and easier :)

Safari is faster then before.. in matter of fact.. Apple says it's 4x faster then IE, that along with RSS support directly in the browser.. Sounds really nice..

Here is one for you guys that works and loves to use a graphics tablet.. say for instance you're in illustrator or Photoshop and need to write something, normally you would probably bring the keyboard and move aside the tablet for a while, but with inkwell you can write what you want with the pen..

I think when software makers is gonna take use of technologys like Core Image, Core Video and so on we're gonna see some awsome mac apps.. As Steve Jobs said about Core Image.. If Adobe built Photoshop that also use Core Image it would be a Photoshop on steriods..

What's Core Image? Basicly it takes the the power todo stuff from the GPU it's your graphics card CPU instead of taking power from the real CPU which it is nowdays.. That means the thing can go in realtime and really fast performance..

Not all can take advantages of Core Image,Video and so on.. just those with a newer graphics card.. list is at apple.com!

I am not an application developer even in the longest stretch but with the power of Core Image/Quartz Composer and the 64 bit G5 Processor, I wish Adobe will do some crazy things in Photoshop like live filters. I am sure all of you have seen the capability of Tiger with Core Image under its hood -

There are powerful possibilities for many graphics software on the Mac OS Tiger platform. I wish I knew how to rewrite Photoshop code :) or even write a small application like Photoshop to be able to harness the power. Adobe better be on the ball right now regarding that... hehehehe

If any of you have access to developer versions of Tiger make sure you play with Quartz Composer. It will blow your mind. Or even after you guys get it.... make sure you check out Quartz Composer.

Yes, I talk about Quartz Composer (QC) in my sleep..... hehehehe :)

Apple Store Europe seem to be ultra slow of sending out Tiger so their customers who's preordered them can get them nicely before the weekend..

Can't they just send, so we don't have to wait until next week..

I checked last night, and it was "Preparing For Shipping". But all this morning I haven't been able to check status. I get an error message instead. Apparently everyone is trying to track Tiger too.

I'm just loving it..
Last night I watched some movie trailers in 1920x1080p with the new codec (which gonna be used in HD DVDs) called h.264 and my face was on the floor it's sooo damn beutiful and cool..

Othervise.. Dashboard is ultimate fun..

And only one glitch (so far):

I've networked our HP Laserjet via USB/Airport Extreme and every time someone on the network would print, the job would enter the que, process and cause the print que to Stop Printing (just like it would if you manually clicked the "Stop Printing" button.

Solution: Update your Airport Firmware using Airport Network Manager.
