Build your online porti for free

Artician.com, a new community for creative professionals, allows designers, artists, photographers, and other creative individuals to build completely personalized portfolios for free. It aims to provide an effortless way for designers to create and manage a portfolio in a professional or personal environment.
You can customize pretty much every aspect of your portfolio, so you can match the look of your porti to your style and your personality. It takes some time to figure out the interface because of the plethora of options though.
The only downside to this service is the google ads in the right sidebar, but you can get rid of them for 5USD / months if you decide you need a cleaner interface for a month or two when looking for a job.

Great reference, Ivan. I'm curious if art directors visit the site or who exactly is visiting it. Unfortunately, based on my quick scan of the site, there's no indication via testimonials or anything. A marketing opportunity in my humble opinion.
I have a college roommate on the i spot and he's made a very good living off that one portfolio site. Downside is, though, it costs about $500 annually.
A hefty cost. But he makes a significant chunk of change off it.
