TR1 for non-accompanying is a company that creates web pages and are willing to change the logo, you can see the actual logo here www.tr1.com.br
The first made a distinct change. Nothing more than a "T" forming a belt, or rather, a funnel, which represents a "translator" of customer information to binary information of the computers that is what the company does.
But the other, I made some changes about the crucifix and increased the negative spaces on top, and I changed the font, choose the future bkbt, simpler and thick, as qwertyale and import60 commented.
What do you think now?

I don't understand why you are mesmerized by this crucifix...
is this a portuguese (Portugal) company to use crucifix? you know it's not the "t" letter anymore...
these fonts are still the worst you could choose for a web company.
french TF1 channel could use this typo at 50's...

you were better 3 versions ago.
It is disjointed, falling apart. The letter (font) still does not work. Why the cross? This version is less dynamic then the version before. I suggest break away from this idea.
Try doing some concept work and brainstorming and start a new direction.
I told you on earlier post its inside. But as you didn't find it here is an example...
