Trade event Ad

So I had a client ask for an ad at 7:00 pm, and I was working my part time job at a coffee shop already, but they needed it to be sent to the printer the following day at 1:00 pm. ... I accepted.
The purpose of these ads, and insert are to convince people in the related industry to become sales representatives with the client and offer their product with their mortgage brokerage. I stayed up all night doing this one, and it wasn't pretty. But anyway, let me know what you think.

Great job, and well executed across different sizes! I would have just made the title larger in relation to the other text.
