My suggestion would be to start over.
You're all over the place -- too many fonts, too busy, and though I understand what message you're going for, it's pretty ineffective. I do my share of drinking, and 1. That's not how drunk people act, 2. That's not how drunk people talk, 3. The drawing looks juvenile/poorly drawn -- not exactly something that is going to make people want to remember to not drive drunk. Make sure you don't insult your audience.
The reason I don't drive after having -any- drinks is because I don't want to put anyone's life in danger. That's most people's motivation to not drive after drinking. This poster doesn't express any of that.

Although in regards to "That's not how drunk people talk" he's using a patois in Trinidad that people use.
