trouble mac uninstalling
paoladc (6 points) | Wed, 2007-11-14 05:11Hello guys!
I was wondering if anyone would know the answer to this: ( I use a mac btw..)
I downloaded a free trial of indesign and dreamweaver CS3, the 30 days are up, and I bought the programs... I uninstalled the software with the disk, and installed it.. but now the software keeps defaulting to the window that says that the license has expired, it gives me an option to download a e-license but when I hit it nothing happens.. the application then quits and says that the license expired.
Are there any fils that I ned to get rid of manually? I assume that the computer is defaulting to that one trial serial #.. it won't even let me input the new serial! Can I clear this?
if anyone knows the answer it would help a lot.
Thanks so much!!!!!
paola :)
