I like it as art but strictly as something focusing on readability, it starts to skew a bit in the interest of creating the image. Then again I don't find reading script writing comfortable at all, so take my prodding with a grain of salt :)

Agree with YoungZM and Anders above, but also have to admit I really like what you did with the Y. It looks like a little rabbit hand. :)
