Unleash
Anchor (15 pencils) | Wed, 2008-02-27 02:50Logo design for a smallish local women's fashion store that wanted to be portrayed as stunning, stylish and elegant. The second image is the base for the business card.
I love constructive criticism, so Bon Appetit!

I love it! My only gripe is it seems incorrect to have "Unleashed" have a leash over it?

I like this too. It's very different, and in terms of the business card, looking stylish!
I do agree with natobasso in a sense though, because the word "unleash" is being bogged down by the line through it. it's a good idea in theory, but I think this line is taking away from the effectiveness of the word. "Unleash" is a really good, powerful word. Maybe play with the font and figure out a way to make it look like its meaning - without crossing through it with a line.

Gorgeous except I'd play with the logo some more.
Try a broken strand of coloured pearls (silver, cream, or black--to show up on the white) instead of the wavy line. I'd follow the same trail--behind the UNL, returning to the front with it to cross the E and A, etc. and then have one pearl dotting the "i" in fashion, or if too small, replace the "o" with a pearl.
ttfn!

I think it's very beautiful, too - but yeah, the line tying all the letters together kind of goes against the idea of something being "unleashed".
Will be interested to see what tweaks you come out with.
You've really got a point there! Massive oversight on my behalf! I'll see what I can do! (Unfortunately Ive already sent it to the client, but I think I will try something else just to please myself).
