Just one thing. When you send the layouts to client you may want to use a darker background, so the elements stand out better. Unless of course you present dummies. Good luck!
I really like it. Great use of black and white. I think they'll be very pleased with it.
One technical issue that may not even matter to you... When you have an image that bleeds on an envelope, you have to have the envelopes converted (usually) which costs more.

cost may or may not be an issue for the client... they are looking into how much they are able to spend on the printing, so i do have a backup design that doesn't bleed expressly for that purpose!
