Much better! Love the orange. ;)
Only one thing you may want to try. When there are strong color surfaces in reality they give a colored light to the objects close to them. I don't know the technical term for it. The 3D modelling professionals should help me out, but I would try to give a bit of orange color overcast on the bottom area of the box. Here is a link to a tutorial on this subject. It will make the box blend into the environment.
That will be a great idea!
Cinema 4D call this effect as "Radiosity", Maya: "Final Gathering" and either ads realistic look to the render but is more slow than a standar render.
Wow! You've taken what could have been a really boring and made it into something really interesting. Good job! It'd be interesting to see what it would look like if the box stayed with the warm colors and the background when back to the cold colors. The reason I'd be curious to see this is that the box would pop out against the background. I think it looks great anyways.
Very nice, but still there is an issue with the hierarchy of the type I am reading the second word first because of the placement. Also it would be nice if you toned down the harsh dark orange you have there to the right on the edge. And I still think the logo is hidden.
Hope it helps.

you are right about the hierarchy of type, I will play around it more, thanks. That border is quite distracting, I try your suggestion. I really didn't like the logo very visible, I just want it to have a low profile, thanks again
