Using Photoshop with a Disability

Does anyone have some suggestions for how to effectively use Photoshop CS3 with only one arm? Would you suggest a tablet? Any direct help or suggestions for resources would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Get a two button mouse. Works wonders! And learn your key combos and keystrokes. For example, you can select the Marquee tool just by hitting the M key.

Like a gaming mouse: http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/gaming/productdetails.aspx?pid=100

or something from Logitec? You need a mouse with more than 3 or 4 buttons. . . maybe?

Tablet is NOT a bad idea.

You could ALSO use Apple's built in Speech Command (System Prefs- Speech- Turn Speakable Items On) in conjunction with the tablet to help you activate menus and so on. . . its NOT perfect but worth a try! (You can pretend to be in Star Trek lol!)
