Looks retro. If that is the intention, which is cool nowadays with T-shirts than mission acomplished. Make sure it looks used when you get it printed.
the "worn" photoshop treatment would greatly enhance this logo for print.

This is a really funky logo if its gonna be used with the wash filters, although I personally would have the 2006 the same angle/perspective as the other text, thats the only thing im not sure about.

The 2006 text does need to slant like the other text, that's the first thing I noticed.
Firstly like the logo! You could maybe overlap the 2006 on top or the richland text, that i think could work. Maybe also try busting out the figure at the top, only slightly though and perhaps make her slightly larger? That is all i can suggest really apart from maybe the wash filters mentioned above.
