The design is great, but I'm not struck by a particular message. What's this poster's stance on the issue? That should be your tagline at the end, I feel, not just 'War for Oil'.

I love this. Your execution is spot on.
I agree with the above comments—you definitely don't need to have the words War & Oil in the poster. It seems redundant with the iconography.
