Web Design Help
Hi everyone,
A simple question. I'm starting a simple web page with just text and pics. No database or such cause I don't know how to use it and it's not required. If I need one of those things I could call an Technician or something. But here comes my quesiton...
If I have let's say 15 html docs making my site and in everyone I obviously had the navigation bar at the left, I need to update the data of the links manualy ( document by document, yes, one by one) but IM SURE there should be an easier way to do that. Just I don't know how. I know the basic html and css stuff and I already get the CSS Cookbook from O'Reilly, but I just can figure it out.
In simple words, ¿how can I structure a simple site with html and CSS and have all my data of the nav bar and links sections and stuff in a single document?
I hope it's clear enough oO!

php or asp etc
your best bet is php or asp or another server side language that utilises includes.
basically, you'll set up your page, and use the "include" command to include the relevant files wherever you need them.

you should work in
you should work in dreamweaver, define a site and use assets (F11).
it allows you to work on template based design.
so if you change your mind about something, you just update the template.

Rapidweaver?
It's like iWeb, but is more customizable and there's plenty of 3rd party involvement. It's good for building quick little template-based sites.
Pretty much a plug-and-play app right out of the box.
I wouldn't recommend it for commercial work though.
